Love it, but...

This app is what phones were made for!! It is very current and fun to use! The only problem is that when I got iOS9 it isnt working for my keyboard. I have to go to the app, save or copy it, and then go send the Bitmoji.
Its not that hard but it was a lot easier just doing it from my keyboard. When I went to help and support it said to go to keyboard/settings and press full access off and on again. I have done it many times and it still doesnt work.
